This month, we catch up with Jaemme Keanah Marante, Zaui’s Support Lead. Jaemme began her journey with Zaui as a Customer Onboarding Specialist and within a short period, transitioned into Zaui’s Support Lead.
She thrives on assisting our clients in troubleshooting and optimizing their Zaui reservation system for greater results. She excels at leading the support team and constantly maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
When Jaemme is not working, she likes to get outdoors. And next on her bucket list? Shark cage diving!
What is the most exciting part of being a Support Lead at Zaui?
Learning something new every day and working with such a great team.
What does your typical workday look like?

Emails, working towards improving processes, adding Knowledge Base articles, helping troubleshoot issues, working with coworkers from different departments—lots of juggling between tasks.
What helps you feel connected to your coworkers while working remotely?
Joining virtual coffee meetings and messaging through slack. I also try to go to company events/hangouts whenever I can.
What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day?
I go to the gym and then watch baking/cooking shows—there’s something about it that makes me feel a lot better [seeing good food perhaps?]!

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?
Gordon Ramsey, his life looks fun!
Do you use any specific tools or have a routine that helps you stay productive?
Coffee as soon as I wake up always helps! Google Calendar is also my bestfriend. I have all my tasks and reminders for the day logged in my calendar.
What makes you feel alive and excited?
Travelling and going to museums!!
What is currently at the top of your bucket list?
Go shark cage diving!
What advice would you give to new Zauians in their first month?
Be patient in learning the system. Zaui is full of rich features, and you will learn new things every day.

We believe in value and transparency: Zaui provides over 15 advanced features (Google Things to do, reporting tools, marketing tools, reports, etc.) at no additional cost.
