Zaui Software is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic candidate with an in-depth understanding of the tourism industry to fulfill our full-time sales and marketing position. We offer a comprehensive and innovative online booking and reservations software for shuttle bus and adventure tour companies around the world. As our sales and marketing specialist, you would be in charge of all aspects of marketing the software to our potential clients and driving and completing sales. Much of your job would revolve around responding to all inquiries from customers interested in purchasing the software and providing demonstrations of it to them. You would also use your proven communication skills and knowledge of the industry to reach new clients in the tourism industryby developing and using innovative marketing strategies,one of which would include managing all levels of the company’s social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build a global marketing stragety online
- Involvement with initial sales process and customer inquiries
- Work directly with our techinical sales staff in coordination of software presentations
- Managing and proactively monitoring all applicable social media platforms on behalf of Zaui
- Developing and executing new marketing initiatives and strategies to reach potential clients throughout the tourism world
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Relevant education in a tourism or hospitality program (Ideally with a marketing /sales speciality)
- Proven SEO/SEM and social media tracking tools
- Proven experience growing a social media following
- Demonstrated creativity to capture the attention of online audiences
- Marketing and/or sales background
- An in-depth understanding and knowledge of the tourism industry and its clients
- Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of SaaS marketing
