Automatic Guest Look-up

We have recently added into the system what we call “Guest Look Up” designed to precious time in data entry at the time of taking a booking in the system

The Guest Look Up allows the reservation agent the ability to look up and make use of previous customer data in the system, auto-populating their information on the booking screen.

This new feature is intended to assist you in the following ways:

• save time on customer data entry
• view customer booking history
• automatically re-use previously entered customer data
• update current customer data on subsequent bookings
• reduce duplicate customer records
• keep clean customer data records

The guest look up feature and functionality is available for each guest you add to the booking screen
when creating a new booking, or working with an existing booking.
