IcewalksAthabasca Glacier Icewalks is a progressive small tour operator that provides seasonal guided glacier hikes on the Athabasca Glacier in Jasper National Park. Peter Lemieux, Owner and Chief Guide, wanted a tour reservation system that would allow him to:

  1. Save money and grow his business without adding more office staff
  2. Take online reservations from customers, commissioned concierge agents, wholesalers and other call centers representing his products
  3. Take reservations and manage inventories in real-time 24/7/365 whether he was in the office, out guiding clients or spending time with his family.
