Zaui Software LAUNCHES VERSION 3.0 CALLED ‘SEQUOIA’ , IT’S AIRPORT SHUTTLE, AND ACTIVITY / TOUR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
VANCOUVER, BC (April 11 2011) – Zaui Software Ltd. today announced the immediate availability of Zaui 3.0, the latest version of the company’s online, web-based airport shuttle and activity / tour management system. With the release of Zaui 3.0 users are provided a unique set of tools and features designed to speed-up back office work-flow, as well as increase online sales direct to consumer.
“One of the most vital components in our development cycle and the product life cycle for Zaui, is our customers valued input.”, says Kory Fawcett, chief software architect at Zaui Software. “Over the past twelve months we deployed a new support system allowing our customers a communication conduit direct to our staff. The collaboration process between our customers and Zaui staff is now complete with this new system”, said Mr Fawcett. “Zaui 3.0 is and example of that process with highly specialized features for our users, found only in Zaui.”
The engineers at Zaui, in conjunction with our partners and customers have completed some of our most sophisticated features to date in the application. “As our customers grow and increase revenues, their businesses and markets grow and morph. The new Airporter routes, also available for online booking through their Zaui system, will operate 11 times daily between Belfast Hilton Hotel / Waterfront Hall and Belfast’s two airports.

Zaui release new internet booking engine, and releases sophisticated airport shuttle booking system
VANCOUVER, BC (April 28, 2009) – Zaui Software Ltd. today announced the immediate availability of Zaui 2.2, the latest version of the company’s online, web-based activity and tour management system. In Zaui 2.2 users are provided a completely new and improved internet booking engine, online transportation search engine, and new point to point pricing model.
“We’re very excited with the new design and feature set targeting online bookings through our new internet booking engine.”, says Kory Fawcett, chief software architect at Zaui Software. “The new internet booking engine and its platform will become the next generate Zaui internet booking engine for which we can begin building on for the future.”

The engineers at Zaui had set out on a new design of the booking engine with two key goals in mind: increase conversions, decrease friction points. “The goal for our customers is to leverage the Zaui booking engine in an effort to increase online revenue streams and maximize their potentials, while still maintaining clear control on inventory across all sales channels”, said Mr. Fawcett. “This new engine is the fastest, most elegant and friction free engine todate and will serve as a launching platform for our online inititives coming in late 2009 and early 2010″.
Zaui Transportation Search Engine (TSE)
The engineers at Zaui Software have included in this release a very simple, but highly sophisticated, booking system specifically geared toward scheduled service providers. “Businesses such as busing companies and airport shuttle services will largely be the clients making the most use of this specific engine”, says Mr. Fawcett. The TSE, as its referred to, allows online guests to quickly select their routes, by providing minimal information required for the online reservations. “By asking guests to provide only basic information for their booking reduces the likelihood of online abandonment leading to an increase in online conversions”, says Mr. Fawcett. “We have studied the online booking paradigms historically pioneered in the airline industry, taking the best of those, and developed what we call ‘the best of bread’ for the shuttle transportation industry”, Mr. Fawcett pointed out.

Zaui transforms its application with a new look and feel with introduction of dashboard
VANCOUVER, BC (April 02, 2009) – Zaui Software Ltd. today announced the immediate availability of Zaui 2.1, the latest version of the company’s online, web-based activity and tour management system. With Zaui 2.1 users gain a new Web 2.0 dashboard overview and over 30 new system settings allowing users to configure Zaui to best meet their business needs.
“This version represents a major overhaul to our user interface, fine tuning capabilities and establishment of a consistent UI we call the Zaui Dashboard”, said Kory Fawcett, chief software architect at Zaui Software.

“We set out to improve our customers productivity and ease in which to find information from a single source within the application.”, said Mr. Fawcett. “The new dashboard more then anything, pulls together information from all channels (sales, marketing, reservations, online bookings, etc) into a single source. From here key company resources can then begin to make educated decisions effecting the outcome of their businesses.”
Being that Zaui is a full featured real time system, the dashboard allows its users to easily see what tours or activities are available, accepting internal bookings, what the current inventory levels are, and even what resources are assigned to those tours. All relevant information for making effective business decisions are available and the new dashboard is customizable using the new system settings available in this version of the software.
