Drag and Drop Guest Editing!
Interested in being able to drag and drop guest reservations from one time slot to another?
Dragging and dropping is the action of selecting one guest, and moving them to a different location, within Zaui.
Well have just completed some major changes to the “interval activities” time slot scheduling screen allowing you to drag and drop guests within an activity, changing their activity times.
For those of you either not using “interval activities” or looking for more information on what this activity is best suited for, then have a read of this article.
Historically, you would have been required to load the reservation, and subsequently switch your guests from one time slot to the next, then commit your changes. Easy, simple, and quick — but we just made it even easier and faster!
There is a new icon ( 
) on the time slot scheduling screen. This icon, allows you to drag a reservation from one time slot to another within the same activity, on the same day.
With this change, all that can be done by simply dragging and dropping your guest from one time slot to the next. Zaui also will attach a history note, recording who made the change, when and what the original and new times are.
Pretty cool, huh?
This feature will be rolled out to your system over the coming weeks.
